§ 95.01 SAFETY-SERVICE DIRECTOR’S REGULATIONS.

The Safety-Service Director of the city shall have the power to establish rules and regulations, not specifically covered in the Cheviot Code of Ordinances, for the regulation of yard sales within the city.
