§ 131.144 RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF HARVEST HOME PLAYGROUND.
   (A)   For purposes of this section the "Harvest Home Playground" means the area of Harvest Home Park which is enclosed by a fence and includes equipment designed for children's play and recreation, including, but not limited to, swings, slides, teeter-totters, monkey bars, etc.
   (B)   No adult person, who has the legal responsibility to supervise or care for a minor person under the age of 13 years, or who has voluntarily undertaken such responsibility, shall negligently permit that minor to use the Harvest Home Playground unless the adult is physically present within the boundaries of the Harvest Home Playground.
   (C)   No minor child between the age of 13 years and 17 years shall be present in the Harvest Home Playground unless accompanied by a child under the age of 13.
   (D)   Whoever violates division (B) of this section shall be guilty of negligent playground supervision, a minor misdemeanor.
   (E)   Whoever violates division (C) of this section shall be adjudicated a delinquent child and subject to a fine not exceeding $150.
