(A) No person shall recklessly enter onto or remain on the premises of the Mayor's Pavilion at the Cheviot Fieldhouse.
(B) Division (A) above shall not apply to:
(1) Persons and their invited guests who have, in advance of their use, rented the particular shelter by paying the applicable fee and deposit to the city Recreation Commissioner and having a rental permit issued for the period of time during which they are present;
(2) Employees of the city while on official city business;
(3) Independent contractors, under contract with the city, while on official city business.
(C) Whoever violates division (A) of this section is guilty of unauthorized use of park facilities, a minor misdemeanor.
