(A) No person shall recklessly enter onto or remain on the premises known as Harvest Home Park, the Cheviot Field House and its grounds, or the Pioneer Cemetery located on Harrison Avenue, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(B) Division (A) above shall not apply to :
(1) Persons participating in an event for which a permit has been issued, for the period of time granted, with additional allowance made for clean-up and closing;
(2) The caretaker of Harvest Home Park, his family, and his invited guests;
(3) Employees of the City of Cheviot while on official city business;
(4) Independent contractors, under contract with the City of Cheviot, while on official city business.
(C) Whoever violates this section is guilty of being in a park after hours, a minor misdemeanor.
