Each permit shall expire one year from the date of issuance and may be renewed by making an application under § 110.81 at least 30 days before the expiration date. If a renewal is denied, another renewal shall not be issued for at least one year from the date of the denial. If the basis for denial is delinquency in fees or taxes or an incomplete or false application, and the original defect has been corrected, and at least 90 days have elapsed from the date the denial became final, a renewal may be granted.
