§ 156.09 REEVALUATION.
   This City Council reserves the right to reevaluate the designation of the Cheviot Community Reinvestment Area after December 31, 2006, at which time the council may direct the Housing Officer not to accept any new applications for exemptions a described in R.C. § 3735.67.
