§ 139.10 SPITTING.

No person shall expectorate or spit upon any sidewalk, any street crossing, the floor of any public conveyance, theatre, railway depot or platform, or the floor of any schoolhouse, church or public building of any kind. Conviction of this offense shall be deemed a minor misdemeanor.
