(A) No person shall dispose of yard waste on public and/or private property not owned by them or in or on waters of the municipality.
(B) As used in this section,
YARD WASTE
means landscaping waste, grass, leaves, tree branches, flowers, or other woody materials or prunings, dirt, rocks, sod, garden waste, vegetation, tree limbs, holiday trees, trimmings, and/or anything found in soil.
(C) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. A sentencing court may, in addition to or in lieu of the penalty provided in this division, require a person who violates this section to remove yard waste from any public or private property, or in or on waters of the municipality.
