§ 136.17 ASSAULT OF POLICE OFFICER.

Whoever strikes or assaults a police officer, or draws or lifts up any weapon or offers any violence against a police officer while the officer is in execution of his official duties, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
