§ 132.16 POSSESSION OF POLICE PARAPHERNALIA PROHIBITED.
   Whoever, without authority, makes, sells or has in his possession, any policemen's wreath, number, manual, badge, button, belt or whistle shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
