§ 132.13 BASEBALL DIAMONDS, SURRENDER OF.

Whoever willfully refuses to surrender the use of the baseball diamonds in the public parks of the city to any person or persons possessing a permit duly signed by the proper official of the recreation commission of the city for the use of the baseball diamond, shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
