§ 111.05 LICENSE FEE.
   The annual license fee shall be $5 plus the sum of $.50 for each room to be let out. All license fees shall be for one year or any part thereof. Failure to renew a license prior to its date of expiration for a rooming house in actual operation shall result in the above named fees being doubled.
