§ 110.77 HOURS OF SOLICITATION.
   All solicitation, in which a call is made upon private property at dwellings in the city, which is not subject to a permit requirement, may be made only during daylight hours. For purposes of this section, “daylight hours” shall be defined as sunrise to 15 minutes past sunset. The daily times for sunrise and sunset shall be as published in the Cincinnati Enquirer, or other major newspaper published in the Greater Cincinnati area. All commercial solicitation, for which a permit is required, shall be conducted between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as prohibiting calls to be made during prohibited hours if advanced permission has been obtained from a resident by the person making the call.
