(A) The annual license fee for a tree surgeon shall be $60 unless application is made after July 1 of the current year, in which event it shall be $30 for the remaining period of that year.
(B) As a condition to the issuance of the tree surgeon license, the licensee shall be required to sign a statement guaranteeing that he will dispose of all trees, tree trunks, tree limbs, tree branches, bark, leaves, or other debris resulting from any operation conducted in the city.
