§ 110.18 PURCHASE OF BEER OR LIQUOR.
   (A)   No person under the age of 21 years, shall order, pay for, share the cost of, purchase or otherwise obtain any beer in any place in the city, where beer is sold.
   (B)   Any person under the age of 21 years who knowingly gives false information concerning his or her age for the purpose of purchasing or otherwise obtaining beer or intoxicating liquor, in any place in Cheviot where beer or intoxicating liquor is sold, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and charged as being a juvenile delinquent and taken before the Juvenile Court of Hamilton County, Ohio for prosecution under the juvenile court code of the State of Ohio.
   (C)   No person under the age of 21 years shall order, pay for, share the cost of, purchase or otherwise obtain any intoxicating liquor, in any place in Cheviot where intoxicating liquor is sold. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine as set by ordinance from time to time.
   (D)   Any person under the age of 21 years, who knowingly gives false information concerning his or her age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining intoxicating liquor in any place in the city where beer or intoxicating liquor is sold, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (E)   Any person who knowingly furnishes any inaccurate or false information as to the age of any person under 21 years of age, for the purpose of, or with the intent to obtain beer or intoxicating liquor for a person under 21 years of age, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
