Should any distributor or exhibitor violate or fail to comply with the provisions of this subchapter, it shall be the duty of the mayor to revoke his license. In case of revocation of an exhibitor’s license, all amusement machines operated by him on his premises shall be removed from the premises within 24 hours thereafter. A distributor or exhibitor whose license has been revoked shall not be eligible to apply or receive a new license for a period of one year after the revocation. In the event a distributor’s license is revoked, all amusement machines over which he has control shall be removed from the city within 24 hours.
