Each distributor shall pay an annual license fee of $1,500. Each exhibitor shall pay an annual license fee of $10 for the use of amusement machines on his premises. Each exhibitor shall further pay an annual fee of $75 for each amusement machine displayed on his premises. The fee shall be payable on the first day of January of each year and the fee shall be the same for any portion of the year in the event the machines are placed in operation subsequent to January 1, in any year.
