§ 94.14 NON-RESIDENT DUMPING PROHIBITED.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any non-resident person or business to dispose, dump, throw, or place any non-recyclable materials including, but not limited to yard waste, garbage or litter, in the dumpsters located at the city maintenance garage on Robb Avenue.

(B) Violation of this section shall be a penalty payable in a fine of not more than $100.
