§ 94.09 CONTAINERS.

Every householder shall provide himself with proper containers for waste, sufficient in number to store the accumulation of waste between the dates of regular waste collection. No garbage or waste shall be allowed to remain exposed in any building or on any premises a longer time than shall be necessary to receive and deposit the same in proper waste containers.
