§ 94.06 COMMERCIAL WASTES, DISPOSAL OF.
   Commercial combustible and noncombustible waste shall be hauled to a public dump, landfill, or incinerator at the expense of the person, firm, or corporation producing the same. Such commercial waste shall not be allowed to accumulate on any premises and it shall be the duty of each commercial establishment occupying any premises to provide or maintain a substantial fireproof can, box, or container for the storage of rubbish and waste. All such containers shall be stored as far from the street or public way as possible, and as great a distance from neighboring premises as practicable. Each rubbish and waste container shall be so constructed as to prevent its contents from being scattered by the wind, or from being susceptible to catching fire or to dropping its contents when moved.
