§ 94.05 COMBUSTIBLE WASTE, DUMPING PROHIBITED.

No person, firm, or corporation shall dump any combustible waste on any public or private property. No person shall dump or store any dirt or other noncombustible waste of any kind on public or private property without proper written authority from the city.
