§ 94.04 CHEMICAL WASTES, DUMPING PROHIBITED.

No person, firm, or corporation having the care of any premises or property in the municipality shall permit gas, oil, liquid dye, chemicals, paints, brine, or any other injurious or gaseous liquid, substance, or any other impure matter to drain or otherwise come in contact with any adjoining premises.
