§ 76.21 PARKING NEAR DRIVEWAYS.
   (A)   No motor vehicle shall be parked on any street in the city closer than two feet from the point where the driveway approach intersects the curb of the street.
   (B)   The safety-service director is authorized and empowered to require parking of motor vehicles more than two feet from the point where the driveway approach intersects the curb of the street, if he deems it necessary for traffic safety. However, in such instances, the street curb shall be painted so as to clearly indicate the distance that motor vehicles may be parked near the driveway approach.
   (C)   Any violation of this section may cause the motor vehicle to be towed away by the Cheviot Police Department. Applicable provisions of the code pertaining to towing and storage of motor vehicles shall govern.
