§ 76.17 NARROW STREETS.

It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to park the vehicle upon any highway in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than 10 feet of the width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic, except when necessary in obedience to traffic regulations or traffic signs or signals or a police officer.
