§ 76.06 CERTAIN VEHICLES IN EXCESS OF ONE-TON CAPACITY PROHIBITED FROM PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   (A)   No person shall park or store a bus, commercial tractor, agricultural tractor, semitrailer, load packer, pole trailer, moving van, or any vehicle licensed as a truck in excess of one-ton capacity on public or private property in a residential district in the city.
   (B)   As used in this section, RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT or SINGLE-FAMILY DISTRICT means any district in the city defined as residential or single-family under Chapter 150, Zoning Code 1973.
   (C)   This section shall not apply to vehicles licensed as trucks up to one-ton capacity and not used for commercial purposes, nor to commercial vehicles on service calls or making deliveries.
   (D)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
