§ 72.76 REGISTERING CITATION TAGS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person charged with violating any of the provisions of the ordinances relating to traffic to present a citation tag or to file a written plea of guilty under a name other than his correct and true name.

§ 72.77 OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
   The violation of any section or provision of the traffic code by means of a motor vehicle shall be prima facie evidence that the violation was committed by or with the authority or permission of the owner of the vehicle.

   It shall be unlawful for any person being the owner or in charge of any vehicle to authorize or direct or permit another person to violate any section or provision of the traffic code by means of the vehicle.

§ 72.80 SALE OF IMPOUNDED VEHICLE.
   Whenever any vehicle impounded by a police officer remains in the possession of the city, unclaimed by any person having the right to the possession of the vehicle, for a period of 60 days, the vehicle shall be sold under the direction of the chief of police at a public auction to the highest bidder, after notice of the auction has been given for not less than one week by one publication in a newspaper of general circulation within the city.
