§ 72.69 WASTE CARTS OR VEHICLES IN CONGESTED DISTRICTS.
   No person shall operate or stand any scavenger waste carts or vehicles within the congested district of the city between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
