§ 72.65 UNNECESSARY NOISE IN OPERATION OF VEHICLES.
   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle to create unnecessary noise or sound in the operation of the vehicle so as to disturb the peace and quiet of a neighborhood or other ordinary pursuit. Without limiting the generality of the above, any noise produced by a cutout, bypass, gutted muffler, straight pipe, pinched tail pipe, whistle, or the retarding or advancing of the timing of the spark or the barking of tires shall be deemed unnecessary noise.

§ 72.66 BOARDING OR LEAVING VEHICLE IN MOTION.
   No person shall board or alight from any vehicle while the vehicle is in motion.
