§ 71.21 NONCOMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE RESTRICTED USE.
   (A)   No person shall use a motor vehicle registered as a non-commercial motor vehicle as defined in R.C. § 4501.01 for other than the purposes set forth in that section.
   (B)   NONCOMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE. Any motor vehicle including a farm truck as defined in R.C. § 4503.04, designed by the manufacturer to carry a load of no more than three quarters of a ton and used exclusively for purposes other than engaging in business for profit.
