This council authorizes and consents to the completion of the consolidation of sewer districts and other areas of the county into sewer district number one, as set forth in the resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County, Ohio, passed on December 4, 1963, to include the City of Cheviot for the purpose of constructing water and/or sewer improvements and providing service therein as authorized by law, particularly pursuant to R.C. Chapter 6103, Chapter 6117, and § 133.06; however, the construction or the maintenance, repair, and operation of any sewer or water improvement for local service within the city shall not be undertaken by the county unless authorized by ordinance or resolution of this council; and provided, further, that the construction of any water improvement shall not be undertaken by the county within the corporate limits of the City of Cheviot for water service therein unless the plans, specifications, and estimates of cost therefor have been approved by this council.
