(A) The Safety Service Director is hereby authorized to pursue those residents and businesses who have failed to pay the monthly garbage fee during the period of time in which Ordinance No. 1536 was in effect.
(B) The Safety Service Director is authorized to assess late fees in the amount of $10 per month for each month a resident or business is delinquent.
(C) The Safety Service Director is authorized to use any legal means necessary to collect the garbage fee from residents and businesses who have not paid in accordance with Ordinance No. 1536 while it was in effect. Such means include, but are not limited to, the certification of the debt owed to the city to the County Auditor in order to have the assessment placed on said residents' or businesses' property tax bill.
