§ 35.33 DUTY OF AUDITOR WHEN RECEIVING BIDS.
   When bids are required to be filed for the letting of contracts by the safety-service director, it shall be the duty of the city auditor or his chief deputy to attend and assist at the opening thereof and to inspect them.
