§ 34.07 OHIO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES DEFERRED COMPENSATION PROGRAM PLAN.
   The Ohio Public Employees Deferred Compensation Program may be adopted for city employees as may be provided by the appropriate collective bargaining provisions in effect at that time.
