(A) Insurance benefits for city employees shall be provided in accordance with the appropriate collective bargaining provisions in effect at that time.
(B) The Safety-Service Director is authorized and directed to make available to the employees covered by collective bargaining agreements a "dual option" health care plan which allows an individual employee, at his or her option, to select a less expensive plan.
