(A) The authority of the parking enforcement officers shall be limited to the enforcement of:
(1) Ordinances governing parking in handicapped parking locations;
(2) Ordinances governing parking in fire lanes;
(3) Ordinances governing parking in zones which prohibit parking at all times;
(4) Ordinances governing parking in zones which prohibit parking during certain days or hours;
(5) Ordinances governing parking in metered spaces; and
(6) Ordinances governing the proper spacing and direction of parking.
(B) Parking enforcement officers shall have no other powers. Parking enforcement officers are specifically prohibited from issuing a citation for a moving violation of any kind.
