(A) All compensatory and sick time up to a maximum of 120 days shall be retained and protected on the books with respect to such sick time and compensatory time accumulated by the city’s fire chief and police chief.
(B) Upon retirement, the police chief and fire chief shall be eligible for payment of all accumulated sick time, not to exceed 1,020 hours.
