§ 33.40 OVERTIME.

(A) All overtime for full time members of the police department shall be carried on the books in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement in effect at that time.

(B) All overtime for full time members of the fire department shall be carried on the books in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement in effect at that time.
