(A) Health insurance benefits shall be in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement in effect at that time for all full time members of the police department.
(B) Health insurance benefits shall be in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement in effect at that time for all full time members of the fire department.
(C) The city shall provide a full and comprehensive health insurance and major medical plan with a minimum of $250,000 Major Medical limit for the police chief and fire chief.
(D) The City of Cheviot shall provide all part-time fire personnel with liability insurance through Volunteer Fireman’s Insurance Services, Inc., or its equivalent.
