§ 33.36 HOLIDAYS.
   (A)   All full time members of the police department shall be granted holidays each year in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement in effect at that time.
   (B)   All full time members of the fire department shall be granted holidays each year in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement in effect at that time.
   (C)   The police chief and fire chief shall be granted the following holidays each year: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Employee's Birthday, and Martin Luther King Day. In addition, each shall be granted a half day holiday on Good Friday and Christmas Eve.
   (D)   Part-time police officers shall be compensated at one and one-half times their normal rate of pay when working on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, and Christmas Day.
   (E)   Part-time fire personnel who work on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day shall be compensated at one and one-half times the regular rate of pay.
