§ 33.17 COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER.
   (A)   The new position of community service officer in the police department of the city shall be created effective immediately. The compensation for the office shall be on a part-time basis.
   (B)   The hours and duties shall be determined by the safety-service director and the chief of police of the city.
