§ 31.27 CORRECTION OF ORDINANCE FORM.
   Whenever the form of a proposed measure does not comply with the provisions of §§ 31.25 and 31.26, the clerk or solicitor shall call this to the attention of council and the solicitor shall submit a draft of the measure which, if adopted, will correct the omission.
