There is hereby established a fund to be known as the OBBS Assessment Fund under the provisions of R.C. § 3781.102(E). The necessity for establishing the OBBS Assessment Fund is to provide for separate accounting records for the three percent building inspection fee collected for remittance to the state Board of Building Standards, as authorized for collection through the Cheviot Building Division.
