§ 30-2 ELECTION OF OFFICERS; CONDUCT OF MEETINGS.
   Immediately after the appointment of the members and the Chairperson, they shall meet and organize by electing other officers as may be necessary. Meetings of the Recreation Commission shall not take place without a simple majority of its members present.
