Authorized town and county officials are directed to enforce all of the provisions of this chapter as provided herein and in accordance with the provisions of state law. Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall be, in addition to the penalties provided by state law, punishable by a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00).
