A. License Required; Fees Established: Any person, firm or corporation who desires to sell alcoholic beverages in the town shall first obtain a license from the Montana department of revenue. Each seller of alcoholic beverages shall pay license fees to the state as provided in Montana Code Annotated section 16-4-501. Each seller of alcoholic beverages shall also pay license fees to the town as provided in subsection C of this section.
B. Town May Issue And Modify Fees By Resolution: The town reserves the right to issue and modify town license fees by resolution of the town council.
C. Town License Fees: Each seller of alcoholic beverages, whether for consumption on or off premises, shall pay the license fees by June 30 of each year in accordance with the fee schedule appendix on file in the town office. (2014 Code)
