9-1-3: FEE FOR PERMIT:
Building permits shall be issued upon the payment to the town clerk-treasurer by each person requesting a building permit and prior to its issuance. The amount of the building permit fee shall be as provided in the fee schedule appendix on file in the town office. (1969 Code §15.16.010; amd. 2014 Code)
