The City of Chenoa offers Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments to aid in the payment of water and sewer service.
A. A constituent who is interested in setting up an ACH payment shall fill out an application to enroll in automated payments which can be found at City Hall or on the City website.
B. Once enrolled, customer will be charged a convenience fee of three dollars ($3.00) which will be added each month to the water bill. (Ord. 817, 4-27-2021)
