A. Registration: Prior to working on any facet of any tree, brush, or plant removal for any property owner and prior to commencing any work for any property owner in the city, all tree removal contractors shall register with the city clerk.
B. Contents Of Registration: The registration shall contain the contractor's true name and address, his business address, his business name, and whether or not he is incorporated, a partnership or an individual proprietorship. Further, if the contractor uses an assumed name, the correct names and addresses of the real owners of the business shall be included on the registration.
C. The registrant will agree as part of the registration, that they will be responsible for the removal of all brush and limbs to an off-site location and that any removal or disposition will not be the responsibility of the city. (Ord. 801, 9-22-2020)
