3-9-7: PENALTIES:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined an amount not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per offense. Each day on which an offense occurs shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 779, 12-9-2019)
