3-9-3: PREMISES:
   A.   The premises of all body art establishments shall meet the requirements of section 797.1100 of the Body Art Code as now or hereafter amended, and those requirements are hereby incorporated into this chapter by reference.
   B.   No person, while on the premises of the establishment, shall possess, sell, dispense, provide, give, keep, or consume any alcoholic beverage.
   C.   The establishment shall not be open to the public for business between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and eight o'clock (8:00) A.M., provided however, that for a patron whose procedure began before ten o'clock (10:00) P.M., said procedure may be continued, but in every event, must be completed by eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M., and all other patrons must vacate the establishment by ten o'clock (10:00) P.M.
   D.   The main entrance door of the establishment shall be visible from a public street or public corridor and shall remain unlocked during business hours.
   E.   All first floor windows shall remain transparent and shall not be papered or otherwise blocked, tinted, or covered over with the exception of signage which shall be limited to twenty-five percent (25%) of the window surface area.
   F.   The establishment shall also comply with all other city codes and ordinances generally or specifically applicable to the premises. (Ord. 779, 12-9-2019)
